How do I watch a live draw?
Live Draws take place via livestream on our Instagram page; please ensure you follow us (@fourthcornerhq) and have all notifications turned on to ensure you don’t miss it!
Live Draws will typically start at 8:30 PM, but if the time is different, this will be listed in the specific competition “Prize Description”.
Do you offer alternate prizes?
If you would prefer an alternative prize to the advertised product, we may exchange it for another product of the same value, subject to availability.
Please note that if you request a prize of greater monetary value than the advertised product, you will need to pay us the difference in price before we complete your order.
Do you offer different colour options?
Yes. Most products are available in all retail colours. If the manufacturer of the product produces your choice of colour, we are able to provide that prize in that colour. If this is not the case (due to stock) it will be clearly noted in the specific competitions prize description.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes, for products where size is applicable, most products are available in all retail sizes. If the manufacturer of the product produces it for your size we will be able to provide it. If this is not the case (due to stock) it will be clearly noted in the specific competitions prize description.
If you win a prize that is not available in your size, and this was not noted in the description, then we will offer you alternatives.
